الأسئلة الشائعة
هل يعمل دون اتصال؟
نعم. الصور والصوت مضمنان في تطبيق iPhone. بعد تثبيته لا تحتاج إلى تنزيل الجولات مرة ثانية لاستخدام المحتوى المضمّن.
كيف أشغّل الصوت؟
افتح صفحة قطعة واضغط تشغيل في مشغّل الصوت العربي. يمكنك الإيقاف المؤقت وتغيير سرعة التشغيل من أدوات المشغّل.
كيف أغيّر اللغة؟
استخدم زر العربية / EN أعلى التطبيق. الواجهة والنصوص متاحة بالعربية والإنجليزية؛ التعليق الصوتي بالعربية.
كيف أستخدم لوحة الأرقام؟
افتح «لوحة الأرقام» وأدخل رقم الدليل الموجود في التطبيق، مثل 204 لصفحة حجر رشيد، أو ابحث برقم القاعة المدعوم.
أين أجد المفضلة؟
اضغط رمز القلب في صفحة القطعة، ثم افتح تبويب «المفضلة». تُحفظ اختياراتك على الجهاز.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use it offline?
Yes. Images and audio are included in the iPhone app. Once installed, you do not need to download tours again to use the included content.
How do I play audio?
Open an object page and press Play in the Arabic audio player. You can pause and change playback speed there.
How do I switch languages?
Use the العربية / EN control near the top of the app. Interface and written content are available in Arabic and English; audio narration is in Arabic.
How do I use the Keypad?
Open Keypad and enter a guide number, such as 204 for the Rosetta Stone, or a supported room number.
Where are my Favourites?
Tap the heart on an object page, then open Favourites. Your selections remain on your device.
